About Me.
Dr. Stanley Chen DPM is a board certified Podiatrist practicing currently in Flushing, New York. He received his podiatric medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a preeminent comprehensive four year podiatric surgical residency program at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Center of Queens-affiliate of Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Afterwards, Dr. Chen completed a rare American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons recognized fellowship at Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Center in intensive trauma and ankle joint replacement surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Chen is affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Queens hospital as well as Flushing Hospital Medical Center and has been part of the staff since 2014. He actively participates in the continuing medical education of podiatric residents and students at New York-Presbyterian Queens and managed the acute inpatient service near total for the recent past eight years. Dr. Chen received the NYP Teaching Attending of the Year Award 2017. He maintains a status of Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the Association for Osteosynthesis Trauma.

Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Center: Pennsylvania Intensive Lower Extremity Fellowship
One year surgical fellowship recognized by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons in intensive trauma and total ankle replacement surgery. Duties included overseeing the lower extremity trauma service at Paoli Hospital Trauma Center of Main Line Health with greater than 1500 trauma cases annually. Paoli Hospital is Chester county's only regional trauma center with a large territory capture and coordination with Main Line Health Jefferson Trauma and Acute Care Surgery teams. Recognized fellowships at that period are a rare honor bestowed to less than twenty surgeons nationally.
